CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Pursuant the art. 5 d. lgs. 185/1999, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days form the receipt of the products themselves. The right of withdrawal shall be exercised by the consumer, subject to revocation, in writing by sending a registered letter a.r. at Spezierie-Erboristerie "Palazzo Vecchio" Dr. Giovanni Massimo e c. S.a.s.-Sede Legale: Via Vacchereccia 9r, 50122 Florence within 10 working days from receipt of goods. That notice can be sent as well by fax at 0552396055 or via mail at the address info@spezieriepalazzovecchio.it , as long as confirmed within 48 hours, in writing by sending a registered letter a.r..
We will, therefore, reimburse the sums paid by the customer in the shortest time possible and in any event within 30 days from the date of reception of the communication referred to above, retaining only the amount of postage, which will remain definitively borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal applies only to the goods intact at the time of the refund and may not be exercised for goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
